Here's an easy way to save your injection when this happens.
1. You discover that you forgot to remove the red cap thingie but you've already pressed the release button on the Autoject. 2. Wait. Do not immediately remove the red cap thingie. Keep it in place. 3. First unscrew the Autoject and reset the spring mechanism. 4. Assemble Autoject, then remove red cap thingie. 5. Inject as usual.
